Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.

Delivery Information

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Express delivery is available for £4.99 and arrives within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

International delivery is available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.

You can track your order at any time by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
